But reaching out for support is a brave first step, and I’m here to walk with you.

I’m Cherysse Riviera-Manu, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist licensed in Nova Scotia and Ontario. And for over 20 years, I’ve been working with people just like you—high-achievers, caregivers, and professionals who have quietly carried the burden of burnout and emotional fatigue.
